Sorry about that. There is a natural way to deal with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). After you finish eating, try not to lie down until after about 3-4 hours, meaning you shouldn't eat close to bed time. You should also avoid lying horizontal when you want to sleep as this could cause reflux. Maintain like 30 degrees angle to the horizontal. Lastly, there are some anatomical abnormalities that could predispose you to having reflux even after all this method I've said. So you might need to be sure your sphincters are working properly.
