A 40 years year old female asked:
I have had persistent cough for the past 4 years. I treated it a couple of times. From cough syrups to antibiotics. In 2013, a doctors diagnosed Asthma, so I started using Inhalers. It still did not go so I was referred to a Cardiologist at a teaching hospital to made me use all kinds of inhalers and drugs and also diagnosed Asthma. Another Doctor based in the UK said it's probably severe allergy, then another Doctor friend said it's called Reflux cough and told me to use another antibiotics for 3 months. I have done MRI and x-rays and all seem to be well. But till today, I still cough, I still have bad chest pains, I most times spit out phlegm. Please help!
