Question Asked:

"OK sit tight for this one. I was celibate for a period of two years and had sex with my fianc?e for the first time sometime in june. The next day I noticed a thin grayish discharge. I went to the clinic and was given antibiotics and also tested I had finished my antibiotics by the time the test result came out and it showed that I had bacterial vaginosis. After the course of antibiotics I still noticed that I had vaginal discharge I couldn't afford to go to the clinic again as it's very expensive where I live. I just decided I wasn't gonna have unprotected sex with him again. On the 17th of November we had sex and I noticed a spot of blood on my undies when I got home. (note that I still have vaginal discharge and lately a little bit of pain and tingling sensation on urination). yesterday 11th December we had sex and this time almost immediately there was significant bleeding. I know I should be worried but how worried should I be."

bleeding post coital could be due to friction but in this scenario I think its possible its a urinary tract infection kindly see a doctor for a proper check up and kindly do a pap smear too. Hope I was helpful.
