Good afternoon madam. When you say stand on her feet.does that mean when you leave her unsupported ; she can't stand?.However at 6 months of age we expect most babies to have just learnt to sit down.its a bit early to expect her to stand. by 7 months she should have started crawling....btw 9-11 months most babies will be able to stand and then take their first steps. So So I will advice you still watch her.Except ofcourse she hasn't achieved milestones like holding her neck and sitting down.these may also be delayed even in normal babies by a few weeks/months...Can you give us a few details on circumstances surrounding her birth and discharge post birth.

Thanks .Good to see that her motor developmental milestones are on point so far....so its ok that she can't stand yet. give her a few months. yes you can give her abidec. ...to assess her growth you may need to have her see her pediatrician regularly. This is as you say she doesn't eat well.you can also start weaning her off breast milk to introduce adult feeds.
