PCOS is short for polycystic ovary syndrome and it means that where eggs should have been in the ovaries, it has fluid filled bubbles like balloons called cysts. It doesn't mean there are no eggs at all, just less than usual. It is possible to ovulate with PCOS because you probably still have eggs that are been released during the menses, though your menses will likely be irregular since eggs are not enough to be released all the time.

my menses is regular just that the intervals is too long (25-32 days) by it comes every month... so what are my chances of conception since I still ovulate?

You still have a good chance of conception if you've been menstruating regularly. I would advice you to use the cycle planner at the top right of the app homepage to give you a good idea of when you're fertile and ovulating so you can plan intercourse for around that time
