"since my son started school in September he defecates almost every day but it's not watery. I just want to be sure he's fine considering he doesn't like fruits except for orange and when he takes it 2 days consecutively, he purges. but he takes pet drinks every day and does not purge. is he fine? and what do I need to start or stop? thanks.     Have you found out what he takes at school. aby change in his dietary habit lately. You should observe his level of hygiene and feeding habit.

    he takes mostly rice and plantain in d morning. then snacks for lunch including the pet drinks for lunch. dinner can be anything buh 60% of the time its golden morn. he's 3yrs.

    The gastrointestinal system of Children of such age can be sensitive to certain diet and you've to monitor this closely. The change in his routine activities like going to school can also influence a change in his bowel habit. But just ensure he maintains good hygiene in terms of what he eats and drinks. If the current development persists take him to a paediatrician.
