the recommended daily intake of beer varies from country to country. unfortunately, we dont seem to have a national (nigerian) guideline on this. most countries recommend between 20 to 40g of alcohol per day. i must also percentage alcohol content varies from beer to beer. however most beers av an average of 5% alcohol content. this translates to about 30g assuming the bottle volume is 600mls. taking two bottles of beer in ur case, translates to about 60g of alcohol per day. this more than the limits recommended by most countries. I will strongly advise u to cut down on ur beer intake considering your young age. u may have heard that a little alcohol is good for the heart.u shud also consider the risk of addiction, mental fatigue, liver damage, cardiac problems and sundry issues associated with xx alcohol consumption. pls limit the intake to 1 bottle per day n if possible, i bottle every other day. u have years ahead of u n u shud be careful. i hope u find this helpful. i wish u well. cheers.
