    sorry about thee situation. if the vomiting is persistent. then he myt need to be given parenteral drugs. i do not advise aantiemetics in childrenn of that age unless its very necesssary

    parenteral means other routes apart from the mouth. in this case, it could be intramuscular or intravenous injections. antiemetics are drugs given to prevent vomiting. u shud take him to the doctor n table ur complaints.if he can be managed on outpatient basis with IM or admitted n given IV drugs. the commonly prescribed antiemetics have some side effects (though not commonly experienced) that are quite terrifyin in the worstcase scenarion, thats why they should only be used when absolutely necessary. i wish ur son good health. have a great night. cheers.
