a number of factors could be responsible for her complaints. the antihypertensiv drug shes on can occasionally make.her weak. 2. weakness on mild exertion may be an early sign of heartfailure esp. considering the background hypertension. low blood sugar can also cause this. if her PCV is low, she mayb weak. as regards malaria, she needs to be less exposed to mosquitoes. takia of stagnant water, use mosquito net. most importantly, let her see a doctor for pcv check n a review of her antihypertensive drugs. cheers
