" hello Doc, I put to bed about 12 weeks ago, which I notice a swelling inside my Virginia the lower part, around 7 weeks I told my doctor and he examine me and said there was nothing to worry about that us the rate d baby came out that it will go later and I should be doing kegel exercises but am so much concern about this issue, av try having sex like twice it was painful cus It look like nothing as ever pass tru my V and this my fourth child I have never experience anything of such before so please what can do about it. Thanks"

    hello good afternoon and sorry about that. that swelling is probably a prolapse of the anterior vaginal wall and firstly will require kegel exercise for the first 3minths and subsequently may require culporhaphy if kegel fails to improve the prolapse. for the painful intercourse, did you have a tear or episiotomy at the time of delivery?

    I was induced, during my labour with a table inserted inside of me, and when i went back to the doc he told me is not prolapse cus I have also read about it online

    was there a tear? it is another possibility that may be responsible for such a painful Intercourse especially if the tear heals wrongly. a proper physical examination will be of great help. visualization will be of help.

    I did not have tear at all, and do think the swelling will go with time, because when I check it tonite is not as much big like it was before.
