Question Asked:

"Good day doctor. I have a problem. I had a flu sometime back which went and then a painful sore throat which left in about a week. I then got a cough which has spread round my household. My cough feels forced and mostly white thick saliva. However I'm OK now except every evening I feel cold in my chest and I end up over wearing sweaters which makes me to sweat once I take panadol. My appetite has been very poor since I had a sore throat andim yet to get my appetite back my mouth is tasteless so food dosent interest me which naturally makes me feel weak due to lack of energy other than that I'm OK I drive up and down and do everything normally so what could be wrong I'm not to close to a hospital at the moment "

Good evening. Sorry about that. It seems you may have malaria. Since you are not close to a hospital, you can take tab coartem for adults for 3days with paracetamol 2tabs 3x daily for 3 days. You should get some relief afterwards
