Yes,ulcers may heal completely within a month or two .Treatment can be tailored towards the cause.Is it caused by Hpylori infection for which it can be tested for by stool or breath test.if it's by infection you will have a course called triple antibiotic therapy and possibly an extended course of PPIs...if it's due to your constant use of drugs like aspirin,albumin,ibuprofen,diclofenac,steroids,then you must stop these and you will be placed on PPIs for a one to two month period. if all these don't work,then you will need a camera down your throat check what's happening there.this may cost close to 80,000. Unfortunately,I'm not allowed to prescribe these meds for you via this platform .
