Goodmorning. What is the blood group of your child? How many months was the miscarriage you had? Do you know about your fertile period?

I am b- and my husband is o+, we had our first child on the 12/12/12. during my first pregnancy I did not take injection for the blood incompatibility because I was not aware it will affect the next pregnancies. I had a miscarriage in February this year . my question is, is there anything I can do to help me get pregnant since I did not take injection in the first pregnancy .

You can still get pregnant normally but you have to be closely monitored during pregnancy. Then, it's also possible to have your baby delivered early to avoid further complications. Your baby may also have jaundice and anaemia after birth which may necessitate blood transfusion. So basically, the most important thing is to have close monitoring during pregnancy.

I don't know my child's blood group, the miscarriage was 7weeks. yeah I know my fertile period

You should check your child's blood group too, if he is rhesus negative, you may not be sensitized during his birth but with the miscarriage there could also be sensitization. Just have sex atleast thrice weekly or during your fertile period and start antenatal very early once you are pregnant.

Good morning doctor. thanks for the encouragement that I can still get pregnant but what could still be the problem. I have done hsg, also hormonal profile,

If all those are normal, then the timing of sexual intercourse could be a problem. You should have sex atleast thrice weekly on alternate days. You husband may need to do a seminal fluid analysis to rule out any problem with his semen.
