stooling that has lasted that long needs to be properly investigated. stool samples needs to be taken to the lab then results will determine what drugs to use. aside the stooling is there blood and does he vomit?

I can understand how stressful this can be. What he's having can be classified as chronic diarrhoea. It maybe from one of several causes that may be affecting any of the organs of the body. He needs to be do some screening which can only be done in the hospital. It won't help to prescribe just any drug without treating the main cause/s. Please encourage him to wait no further and go to a reputable hospital for proper management.
