"Gd evening. I am always producing sputum or generating phlegm in my throat. as result i feel so much dryness in my chest. my corlar bone aches. i always running nose. It is as if the phlegm my throat is always producing is suffocating me, so i keep clearing my throat and it is very embarrassing me in public and private meetings"

    Hello. Sorry about that. When did you notice this? Are you having cough or sore throat? Any headache? Are you a smoker? Having the answers to these questions will throw more light as to the cause of your symptoms. Thank you

    I don't drink and i don't smoke. I have had cough at some point. i was asked to take bitter cola those times. I have been experiencing this for 2yrs plus now.

    Good morning. There are possible causes of your symptoms and they include Allergies, chronic cold or flu, acute bronchitis, croup, epiglotitis, laryngitis, sinuses, tonsillitis etc. You would need to see a doctor physically for diagnosis. Treatment will depend on the cause. In the meantime take tab loratadine 10mg once daily for 5days with Vit C tablets 2tabs 3x daily, pending when you see the doctor. Take care
