    hello,sorry about this.those are not lymph nodes.you cannot see lymph nodes physically.i can only see on of those on your groin area.that looks like a wart.can i see the others?this time take a closer picture.

    hello,now i have a better look.its a viral wart.gradually,your immune system will clear it.but you can see a doctor for serial podophyllin application or an excision.

    thats the way they present.they are usually in groups clumped together or solitary.are you sexually active?how many partners do you have?

    Alright.its usually sexually transmitted.you could get it through skin contact with an infected lady.she may or may not show the symptoms.Your partner can examine her genitals for such growths.Avoid unprotected sex for now.see a doctor for the treatment i mentioned earlier.
