    Good evening. I didn't quite understand your question madam. Is it that she's has not seen her period from January or that it has been heavy since January?

    Oh okay. Did she use any drugs while waiting for the her period? either she used or not, she needs to see a gynaecologist to assess her for the cause of the prolong bleeding.

    with dizziness it probably means she has lost too much blood. Take her to see a doctor right away madam for proper evaluation.
