Hello...yes,plretty much,any fruit can go.fruits have a low to medium glycameic index meaning they don't affect your sugar the way things like white bread and chocolate will.Just make sure you take them in normal quantities.e.g one Apple, one orange,a slice of water melon,a mango. Also the other advice is take no more than one glass of fruit juice a day if you feel you must drink juice.Avoid completely the fizzy drinks like coke ,fanta and the likes.
AGAIN, with the milk, you probably can drink any milk you want.the watch word is moderation. Skimmed milk has less calories/fat content quite alright ,so you can drink that if you want.personally, thats what I take cause I think is slightly healthier.But skimmed milk contains no vit A.
