Hello, I am sorry for your loss. How long ago did you loss your pregnancy? If you are bleeding, it should stop within a week or tops four weeks. You should schedule a follow up visit for check up at six weeks with your Gynaecologist.
When you get pregnant again, if your doctor thinks you will benefit from stitching your cervix, please go ahead, it's prevention and can't really say how effective it will be as all cases are different.
You can start trying to conceive immediately you are emotionally ready, though the time it will be positive cannot be guaranteed. Your body may take longer to ovulate.
