hello madam....please what a the colour and .does this discharge have any smell. usually to my knowledge, except you have an active pelvic inflammatory disease with abdominal pain and fever, you don't need injections. I would naturally consider either a yeast Infection or bacterial vaginosis. there also a possibility of an STD. first we need to ensure you are not doing things like douching or wearing or having unprotected sex. next we need to ensure that you get a good swab done and your cervix inspected while getting a swab done. has your partner ,if you have one been treated. to get this treated, the right antibiotics need be used.if the discharge is a clear white cheesy discharge then an antifungal cream and pessary is used.

when i went for the test it showed that i have PID and i was given injections. The colur is sometimes white and sometimes milk in colour, it doesnt really have any odour, just a mild odour and i also have frequent urge to urinate and i dont think its STD cos i havent been having sex.

thank you for your reply. If you haven't been having sex or had an abortion or insertion of an Itrauterine contraceptive device, then the chances it's PID is really really small. Non the less,it's still possible. you also need to have your urine checked due to this frequent urination urge.an infection needs to be ruled out. For the discharge, based on the colour and smell,it.could still be either of the things I mentioned above.it would have been nice to know the exact tablets taken. to treat bacterial diagnosis,we use flagyl for 7days and for Yeats, you need pessaries and cream.I'm afraid,I'm not allowed to prescribe for you via this platform but only to give you general advice.

It must be distressing. what you will need to Do is stop douching completely if you do. Tell me.the names of oral.antibiotics or pressures you have used and for how long. you.would need to see a Good Gynaecologist. depending on where you live that may be hard, but it's what you need.

Doc pls what do u suggest i do, do i go for herbal drugs? i am also feeling a small lump on my breast, should all lumps be removed surgically or are there drugs that can melt it?
    Dr. Adedayo A answered:

Hi,unfortunately,I don't know anything about how useful or effective herbal medications are. sevondly, every lump must be removed surgical if there's one there.your doctor will examine your breasts, ask for an ultrasound scan and then with a small operation,it will be removed. In a fund lady Luke you,its very likely to be a non cancerous ulump, but we don't like to take chances,so it's got to be removed. No drugs to melt.

HELLO,I answered you earlier .I said for a girl your age,a breast lump is likely a fibroadenoma and this is harmless. it truly does not need to be removed if it's not getting bigger or causing you pain.however, there are some signs that are Bad signs when associated with lumps...one sided discharge, skin changes, pain, lumps in the armpit, nipple inversion. otherwise, you may actually leave it.
