    i use felxicam. i start feeling the cramp four days to my period, it comes and go till the day. its a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. the felxicam reduces it a little but don't think its all that effective. i have pid though(not sexually active, it started since when i was i 14/15. been Treating it but will start another treatment after my period.

    You can try using Ibubrofen, visit your local drug store and speak to a licensed pharmacist for that. You should do some home remedies in addition to your pain medication. Do massage your lower tummy and sometimes use of hot towel over the are may help. Regular or daily exercise helps to reduce the tension of the muscles around the area. Also try taking some warm fluid like sugar free tea or simply drink warm water. For your PID if it was diagnosed by a doctor then you should be treated accordingly.
