Hello, Please answer these questions for me to get a clearer picture of what's going on; - is this your first of experience this? -is the flow heavy or just spot of blood -are you using any contraceptives? -have been using postinor frequently of late? I will await your reply

OK. It's likely a dysfunctional uterine bleeding. This condition is caused mainly by an imbalance of the hormones that are responsible for your cycle. It can also be due to fibroid. The first thing that I will like you to do is an abdominopelvic ultrasound scan to assess your uterus. It's a good way to start. You can take the result to a gynaecologist or share it here for me to tell you what next to do. It's important we get to the root of the matter to be able to solve it once and for all. Take care

It's OK. Since he saw and interacted with you. His judgement is superior to mine. Let's see how it goes. All the best. Have a nice weekend

Hello, Sorry about this. I expect the bleeding to have stopped by now. You should go back and see the gynaecologist you saw earlier to report. You need to do a pelvic scan and take the result along with you when going. You can also show me the result here. Take care

Picture seen. I will advise you see the gynaecologist again to give him a feedback on how you are doing. The best I can do for you now is to advise you on how to solve this problem. Remember I said the last time that since you are seen a gynecologist who is a specialist in female reproductive system issues, whatever decision he made is expected to be in line with what is wrong with you. He also saw you, I didn't. So, since you are still bleeding, the best thing to do now is to see him again and complain. Take care
