Good afternoon, the chances of getting pregnant is highest the closer you have sex to your ovulation day. So having sex on Saturday and Sunday with your ovulation being on Thursday there is still a chance of getting pregnant but wouldn't be as high as having sex on your ovulation day or a day before. Take care

Thanks Sir but I thought Sperm only last for five days for those that have Short Circle, and I happened to be one of them,do I still need to have another Sex to Conceive?

Yes, I'll advise you do. As I explained you have a better chance if you have sex close to your ovulation day.

Sir But I have tried that still No avail,is there any problem wrong with me?is there any other alternative or chance for me to Conceive

If you can afford an having an invitro fertilisation, it's the alternative to natural way of conception. If you have being trying to get pregnant for more than a year, you should see a gynaecologist to have some basic investigations done like HSG, Hormonal assay, pelvic ultrasound scan.
