    Good afternoon. What you eat is not the only determinant of your body size. Your genetics as well play a very significant role. So you may eat so much and still not get fat and you will have friends that eat little and keep adding weight,this is due to the difference in your genetic make up. So you should be comfortable with your body size. Take care

    But what can I do to add at least a little weight without looking like a sickler? I used to look at least not fat and not so skinny. But now I'm just looking sick

    Have food rest, eat good food and just be patient. It's not easy losing weight when gained in excess
