Good morning. The breast pain and fullness is associated with your ovulation which is usually two weeks to your period. You can make it comfortable by wearing loose bra and doing some massage.

Hello. Am sorry the pain is that serious but since it's cyclical, you can time the use of analgesic before it starts. How long has your cycle been like this? 35 days isn't bad and 40 too if it has always been like this.

Good morning. I am sorry for the delayed response. You ovulate about 14 days to your period. If you feel any breast changes at this time, it can be a possibility it's as a result of your ovulation. But breast changes: fullness, tenderness or pain just before your period is surely as a result of your coming period. It can linger up till your period is over, it varies for every woman. Make use of the cycle planner of this app to monitor your ovulation.
