    Goodevening. Did you have unprotected sexual intercourse in the past month? Pregnancy could be a cause of missed period so you should do a pregnancy test. It's also possible to have a change of about 3 days due to stress and other physical factors to your normal day of menses. Take care

    Goodmorning. You should go to the hospital to have an abdominopelvic ultrasound scan done. Ovarian cyst, pelvic inflammatory disease, appendicitis are some common causes of abdominal pain. You should this and post the result afterward to be of further assistance. Take care
