Hello ma. Smoking and alcohol consumption during pregnancy is very harnful and dangerous to the baby especially during the first few months of the pregnancy but may even harm the baby in the later months. Several abnormal malformations of the baby have been associated with these two vices. Its therefore advisable to avoid both substances during pregnancy in order to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Cheers

Hello ma. It could cause the baby's heart to be formed abnormally such that the child may have difficulty surviving when born. Also, it affects the brain, may also make the child smaller than normal. About not sleeping well, its usually due to the pregnancy. Kindly see a doctor to get prescription for sleeping tablets as that cant be prescribed on this medium.. Cheers

Hello ma. Like i said earlier, sleeping drugs cannot be sold over the counter but only with prescription from a doctor and such drugs are not allowed to be prescribed on this forum either so i may not be able to help you out. Please see a doctor, make your complaints known and get a prescription from him/her. Cheers
