    Afternoon. The bulky uterus can be as a result of a fibroid. You should do a pelvic ultrasound and let a gynaecologist examine you. The perifimbrial contracts loculation can be as a result of fluid collection or an adhesion but that isn't so significant enough to cause you not to get pregnant. Other parameters are normal.

    thank you but i have done a pelvic test and it's normal. I just wanted to know if i can conceive with that result cos a friend adviced i go for hydrotubation or laproscopy. but after reading abt it,i was not comfortable with it. Thanks

    Your fallopian tubes are open so you shouldn't have any problem conceiving. But your doctor also will be in the best possible position to give a definitive answer if you will be needing any intervention.

    Good afternoon doctor, what's the best drugs for treating this infection? Staphylococci and gardnerella vaginolis. And can they prevent somebody from getting pregnant?

    Were you diagnosed of either? To know the best drug to treat it, you need to do a high vaginal swab and the result will indicate the antibiotics to use. If left untreated then it's complications can result in blockage of the fallopian tube which may result in infertility
