"i am 24year old female having intermittent lower back pain . i went to d hospital they check to see if im having kidney related disorder such as kidney stone which was negative.but recently i took proton pump inhibitior and in the leaflet one of the side effect was non specific backpain.which i dont know if the back pain im having is related to that.thank you."

    hello,you should stop the drug and see whether the back pain will resolve or not.it could as well be from the muscles,bones or even due to bad posturing.stop the drug and observe first.if you have ulcer,cimetidine is am alternative.
