Good morning, Sorry about that. What you are having is secondary infertility. Please answer these questions -were you operated on when you wanted to deliver her 7 years ago? -did anything happen at that time that you want to tell me? e. g admission, blood transfusion and so on -what have you done since 7 years ago to make sure you conceive? e. g tests, treatment and so on I will await your reply.

It's good to know all these so as to know where to start from. In those with secondary infertility, there might be a problem that has occurred maybe during their last pregnancy which might result in a delay. I'm also surprised you have not been doing anything about this for the past 7 years. Are you on any form of contraception? Is your period regular? Issues surrounding infertility are not that straightforward and they have to be investigated one after the other to know where something has gone wrong. You might need to see a gynaecologist who will do the evaluation for you and your husband to be sure you are fit to conceive again. Some blood tests to assess the level of your hormones and a scan to assess your uterus and other surrounding structures might be done. Seminal fluid analysis might be ordered for your husband too. After some of these tests the cause of the delay might become obvious and will be tackled appropriately. Hope it's clear?

in contraception No, yes!!! doing the birth of my child it was late my due time was over with 2weeks and the mid-wife induced me during that time I noticed that my placenta rushed out and I was quickly injected on my left lap, on the other hand my husband never touch me until my baby was 6months old so never take it that serious because he was not ready to have second child yet until now

From your description, I believe the delivery of your child was uneventful. If you and your husband have not been having regular sexual intercourse, then that might be where problem lies. You should have regular sex, 3-4 times weekly. Also ensure you target your fertile period. Your fertile period is when your chance of getting pregnant is higher. You can use the Kangpe cycle planner at the top right corner of your app to track your fertile days. This however doesn't rule out the need to see a gynaecologist.

How many pads do you use per day in those first 2 days? How many do you use subsequently?

Hello, If your flow has not been heavy before, then, there is need to probe what might be causing the heavy flow. Hormonal imbalance can cause it, so also fibroid. You should have a scan done to look at your uterus and it's surrounding structures. This might give a clue to what might be the cause. However, if this is how your flow has been from the beginning, it might be your own pattern of flow. but do the pelvic scan to be sure. You can also discuss this with your gynaecologist. Take care

Hello, I wouldnt want us to rush into conclusion for now. Unless this has been a usual occurence, let's observe for now and see if it will happen again. Still go for the pelvic scan okay?

Good morning, Have you done the Scan? The question you asked will be best answered if you have a scan result. Whatever is wrong with your womb will be seeing by the time you do it. OK?

If you are perfectly Okay don't to worry about the prescription. Although I don't know what you discussed with your Doctor that warranted the prescription, so it will be very difficult for me to say you should stop them. If you want to know whether to stop or continue, let your Doctor decide. Take care
