    Evening. If the 2nd fallopian tube is still patent and your uterus is healthy, then you have as much chance of getting pregnant as any other woman. You would need close monitoring as you are diabetic when in advanced stage of pregnancy. Cheers

    My right tube they said is tethered with adhesions so my doctor says it is as good as blocked.

    The ectopic you had previously, was it at the left fallopian tube or where was it located? If both tubes are not functioning, pregnancy can only be achieved by IVF.
