It not abnormal to have a small discomfort from the early pregnancy but you can have a malaria check and full blood count. to rule them as cause of pain.

iam still waiting for my answers, about the 6weeks pregnancy having lower abdominal pain and back pain no bleeding no fever

I'm sure you want answers that I can vouch, I'm not seeing you so my answer depends on the accuracy of your information. Anyways I already answered you there's mild lower abdominal discomfort not pain, if you feel uncomfortable about the pain please see your doctor to do a pelvic scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy, fibroids or ovarian cyst. You will also benefit from a malaria check and the full blood count I said earlier. All these are better done with a doctor.

Hepatitis is not known to cause lower abdominal pain in pregnancy. If its slight its not abnormal in early pregnancy.

my LMP is 5th of January please when is going to be my EDD. what will I do with vomiting every morning with blood stains

Your EDD is 12th of October. It would be better to have to take suspension gascol, means you have not been eating well and you are probably having a bleeding ulcer. Can you use the recommended suspension and make sure you have your doctor review you immediately.
