Good afternoon and sorry for your pain. Were you involved in a risky or unprotected intercourse? Apart from the pain, any discharge from your penis. Any rash or ulcer there? Do you experience pain when urinating? Any associated fever? Has this happened in the past?

Yes I had an unprotected sex, and I quickly noticed I got the infection from my partner, no any discharge , no rashes, just the skin irritation and pains.

Sorry once again. Well, if you must be worried at all, I would suggest you get a broad spectrum antibiotic and use for now. The most appropriate thing to do would be to see a doctor and conduct a urine MSC test.
