The reason why I asked is because of the common causes of bed-wetting in adult which include urinary tract infection, Obstructive urinary diseases like Benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis.
From your response, it appears all you need is some lifestyle modification most especially what you eat before going to bed. You should reduce the amount of water you take from around 6pm downward, if possible, eat your night meal at this time too.
You can also set an alarm to be waking you every 1 hour to pee. This also works.
Do you consume a lot of water during the day?
Do you also urinate alot during the day?
