"Hello Dr.. I have tested positive of hepatitis B almost 8 years ago with the medications given to me still is positive and I do carry out Liver function test but the doctors normally tell is OK, please which medication can I take to get heal once and for all cos it's seems the doctors are giving me the best drugs cos they normally gave me liver capsules only and am glad you will help me out.     Good morning. You will keep testing positive as long as the antibodies to the hepatitis B virus are present in your blood. I don't know if you have received the antiviral drugs for treatment but since you are being monitored and your liver function tests remains normal, then you have nothing to worry about. Take care

    Hello. You need to check your viral load. The higher it is, the more likely you are to transmit it via unprotected sexual intercourse to your partner. Please have your doctor check this and advise you more. Take care

    Sorry there is no drug I can prescribe to improve your appetite, except multivite which I believe is inside the liver capsules you are already taking. You have to force your self to eat healthy diet with less proteins like animal protien. Take fruits and vegetables. Please get more information about this from the doctors managing your case.
