Hello madam, 1. It's very unlikely it's a worm. It might be a vein. A vein is one of the vessels that carries blood away from your breast to your heart. 2. There are small blood vessels in the wall of our nostrils. They covered by a thing skin. Once in a while, especially in cold seasons, if you blow your nose so hard, they can bleed. Just place an ice pack on your nose, it will stop. 3. Are you coughing? if yes, since when?

Ok. If it's not related to any symptoms like fever, cough, or if not foul smelling, then, you should still relax and observe for now. Thank you

I have asked questions around that and your answers were negative. Its unlikely we are dealing with an infection here. So antibiotics is not necessary. You can however see your Doctor, let him examine your chest further. I'm sure he will prescribe something for you if there is a need for it.
