Good morning. You ovulate about 14 days to your next period. Having a 25 days cycle, predict your next period from the 7th, by adding 25 days, to know your fertile days, subtract 14 days away from your next period date, that is your ovulation day. And You a 're most fertile few days before and day of ovulation. Use the mit around this time. As for you last cycle, you were fertile around the 19th to 24th. Keep having unprotected sex, soon conception will occur.

Hello. It's normal to feel pains. Because of the contractions. I already explained how to know your fertile period. Add 25 days to the 7th, you will likely menstruation again. Subtract 14 days away from the date you got. That's your ovulation day. About 4 days earlier, you are fertile up to a day after ovulation. Sperm deposited this period can meet the egg released on day of ovulation. The egg dies after 24-48 hours.

Hello. You are fertile few days before, the day and day after your ovulation. If you can predict your next period, then you can predict your fertile days as given above. Make use of the Kangpe cycle planner for further help.
