Good afternoon. Sorry about that. When did you notice this? What is the color of the discharge? Does it involve both breaststroke or just one? Any pain or swelling?

Ok. You didn't mention whether both breasts are involved. Also any swelling or skin changes? Have you been pregnant in the recent past or breast Fed?

yes both breast are involved and no swelling and skin change and yes I was pregnant in my youth days

Ok. Nothing to worry about. This is probably due to elevation of the prolactin hormone level in your blood. You need to see a gynecologist to confirm this via some investigations. Appropriate drugs to counter this effect would be prescribed for you once this is done. Best wishes

Good evening. Sorry about that. Did you take the coartem drug I prescribed for you for malaria? You need to do a full blood count test at the lab to find out your blood level. Low blood level can be a cause of dizziness.

Good afternoon. Sorry about that. Please stop exerting yourself for now until your wound heals completely. You can take ibuprofen 400mg twice for a day then continue with paracetamol 2tabs 3x daily. Try to get some rest. The pain will subside. Take care
