"ood morning doc.A friend of mine after appendicitis operation its one year now yet she is still feeling pain in that area she was operated both her left and right lower abd, she feel something poking her there sometimes she feel something is been used to tie her inside like rope and she cry in any of this occasion, she went to various hospital, most of them said her operations went through, some said she is still having wounds internally, that she need strong antibiotics to heal the wounds, she was injected with antibiotics and she was also given ampiclox to drink, yet the issue remain the same, she undergo a test sometimes ago and the doctor sid she have water in her womb and she was treated and water went dry, pls we don't know who to believe again, and we are running out of money due to we have spent a lot, pls what do we do, what could be the cause of this and what drug should she take, pls help us. Thank you."

    Hi...there may be other causes to this pain....I am sorry but you ms need to spend more money ...she needs to be investigated more...this pain? Was it the same one pre-surgery.is this pain related to her periods.does it ever ever go away....she may need things like a CT scan,laparoscopy,ultrasound scans to truly get to the bottom of this problem...
