Goodmorning. Sorry about that. The result of your hormonal assay is normal. The evacuation you did, was it by D&C or MVA. D&C can cause Asherman syndrome which will result in scanty menstrual blood flow and can cause infertility. Also knowing about your fertile period can help to know when to have sexual intercourse with your husband. You can use the cycle planner on kangpe app for that. You should reply the earlier question for further assistance. Take care

If you have Asherman syndrome which is a form of poor healing of the uterus after a D&C it's unlikely you can get pregnant. You should do a pelvic ultrasound, you can also do a hysterosalpingography which will help to outline your uterus and also the fallopian tubes to rule out a fallopian tube blockage. These are some tests necessary when managing infertility.

How many days does your menses come for and how many pads do you use in a day to be able to decide if your menses is actually scanty or not? You should also know that blood flow cannot be at the same rate for all the days you menstruate. The timing of intercourse can cause infertility. If you are not staying with your husband. If you are, you should have sexual intercourse atleast 3 times in a week on alternate days. With this you wouldn't miss your fertile period. There could also be a male component to infertility, so your husband too should do a seminal fluid analysis.

Think we are getting somewhere. I use one pad a day and the pad isn't completely stained. like d way it flowed before I got married, I use more Dan a pad a day and it last for 5days bk then but now it last for 3days but to me I see my menses as blood stain cos it don't flow anymore. we ain't always togeda too cos of his job. he is a military man. And anytime I complain of him to do test, he will told me that nothing is wrong with him because he was able to impregnate me twice. so he careless.

Pregnancy can still occur with scanty flow as long as there is no anomaly in the uterus and the hormonal profile is normal. I think the problem as to do with the timing of your sexual intercourse with your husband. You should use the kangpe app cycle planner to know when your fertile period is coming up (it has a reminder) and plan towards that period. But you should also note that these is not 100% foolproof that is why it's is more advisable to try and have sexual intercourse atleast 3 times in a week, with this you are guaranteed not to miss your fertile period. Take care
