    Good afternoon. What you have described is a serious fungal infection that may not actually respond to a local antifungal cream. Best thing would be for you to go to a hospital where you will be asked to do a liver function test before you can be commenced on systemic (oral) antifungal. This is important and that's what I would advise. Cheers
