Hello good morning. Sorry about all. The cyst isn't big enough for surgical intervention but will have to be continously monitored and treated as appropriate. Do not panic please and follow doctor's instructions strictly. Best wishes.

What am I suppose to take as in drugs? And what are my chances of getting pregnant again after having all this? The ectopic was on the right side now this one? Can you prescribe any drugs please?

You may need only antibiotics and analgesics only but not necessarily. However you should have another ultrasound done in the next 4 weeks to check out on the cysts which could probably be only physiologic.

Yes if actually it is physiologic for which you actually would not need any treatment. You will need to see a gynecologist physically to check you out for the fever and treat you appropriately.

Thank you doc. How do I know if it is physiologic? They just wrote simple ovarian cyst. And what are my chances of getting pregnant again after having an ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cyst?

By serially monitoring its size over time and also for the fact that it is a simple cyst which can regress over time. Your chances of getting pregnant is still good, just be hopeful and prayerful.
