no I have never checked my blood pressure. the pain is usually in the middle and on the right. when ever it occurs severely my mum uses hot balm on it. then it becomes mild, then if I try to pull any weight or stretch it comes like a shape pain and then reliefs me.

It's clearer now. It's likely a Musculoskeletal pain. By that I mean, the source of the pain are your chest muscles and chest bones (ribs). Topical analgesic like the balm that your mum is using is effective. You can also take some mild analgesics for better relieve. If the pain is in the middle of your chest and it's worse if you are hungry, it might be a symptom of peptic ulcer disease. If not stick to the advice above. Hope it's clear?

Picture seen. Any injury in this area in the past? Is the swelling soft or hard? Does it affect the movement of your arm? Does it come out when you do something or it comes and goes spontenously?

The truth is that it can be anything. Since I cant see or feel it, it's good you see a Doctor to get it examined. You might also need to do a X-ray of your shoulder joint for a better view of what the swelling is and what it's not. Your Doctor will advise you further on this. Thanks
