Hello madam so sorry your mum suffered a stroke. sometimes it can be quite difficult to halt the progression of a stroke process. recovering from the neurological deficit is also not straightforward. it takes a long time of physiotherapy to recover function if any so patience is the key. the neurologist who handled your mother's case would have been in the best position to inform you all on prognosis. if you are expecting a dramatic improvement, this might not come so it's one milestone after another.let her be re-evaluated by the neurologist and the physiotherapist and then give you guys an idea of prognosis .this should then guide your expectations. take care

Hello again, as I said before there is no magic bullet for stroke cure.its about patience. nothing is 100% guaranteed to work.you won't find a physiotherapist in the house but you can get a referral by sending a mail to findadoctor@kanpe.com. you really have to tone down your expectations to avoid disappointment. good luck
