    Good afternoon Solomon. I don't think this is a physical problem. It's just your nature or habit which you can try to stop if you really want to. People react differently to each situation. There is no drug to control this I'm afraid.

    this started in 2012 when I took ill and part of my face was twisted and medical people suspected partial stroke. I'm wondering if that illness has anything to do with what I'm going through now

    Yes. It may contribute to your facial expression now. I would advise you to see a Neurologist. I believe there are some facial exercises that can be done to improve your condition
