Hello, It could be stress but this is not so common occurence. Other factors must be considered to be sure of what we are dealing with. First, is this person having fever, headache, abdominal pain? When did it start? Is it worse after doing a stressful job or it happens almost everytime? I will await your reply to these questions. Thanks

I am the person... I feel weak almost every time even if I didn't do any stressful job/work. But it really got worse day before yesterday,I almost fainted. Same thing for yesterday I almost fainted. Can that be pregnancy?

Oh. That's OK. You didn't answer other questions. Pregnancy could be responsible. When last did you saw your menses? Any fever?

Thanks for getting back to me. You also didn't answer my last question. Your question is not clear enough. To give it a better perspective you need to tell me something about your period before I can figure out what might be wrong. 1. When was the last time that you saw your menses 2. When are you expecting it this month or next month if you have seen it this month? 3. How is the flow? Is it much or scanty? Note that the essence of these questions is to get a clearer picture of your complaints. please answer them correctly. I will expect your reply. Thanks

So sorry! It seems my network is not that good or the reply is coming late and I can't drop more than one comment at a time... Here is answers to all questions asked one after the other No fever, no headache, no abdominal pain but I have serious waist pain especially when I stand for long It started like late last year that I'm stressed up even when I've not really been engaged in any activities but it became worse day before yesterday and yesterday when I almost fainted. Yes! It gets worse when I do a stressful work. I saw my menses last in Nov, I didn't see it in Dec and I've not seen it this month. I always have a normal flow. No fever, only loss of appetite.

Thanks for the reply. I want you to do a pregnancy test tomorrow using blood. You can do it at any reputable medical laboratory around you. Let me know the result when you are done. Have a nice night.

Thanks! I will go do the test tomorrow and get back to you! I want to ask what might cause loss of appetite that nothing seems appealing despite that I'm hungry

For how long have you been experiencing this? It might be related to your earlier complaints. Do the test, we will know where to go from there. Good night

Good morning Doctor! The test result is negative So what might be the cause of all these tiredness and loss of appetite? Plus, I've been trying to conceive for the past 5 months now, I don't know what to do.

Good morning, It's OK. At least pregnancy is unlikely from the result you just stated. Other things like malaria, abdominal infections could be responsible for the symptoms. You can get a rapid test done for malaria, if it's positive, you will be treated appropriately for malaria. There are reasons why you have not been able to conceive by now, and these most be investigated in not only you but also your spouse. The best thing to do is to see a gynaecologist who will comprehensively work you up. Please note that we don't label a couple as 'infertile' until after a year of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. You are still in your 5th month, so, there is hope. Take care
