It's OK. At least pregnancy is unlikely from the result you just stated. Other things like malaria, abdominal infections could be responsible for the symptoms. You can get a rapid test done for malaria, if it's positive, you will be treated appropriately for malaria.
There are reasons why you have not been able to conceive by now, and these most be investigated in not only you but also your spouse. The best thing to do is to see a gynaecologist who will comprehensively work you up. Please note that we don't label a couple as 'infertile' until after a year of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. You are still in your 5th month, so, there is hope. Take care
