Good morning. There are various factors that may affect sperm mobility which includes smoking, excessive drinking of alcohol, steroid drug abuse, frequent exposure to extreme heat, some infections etc This invariably means that one's lifestyle can affect the health of the sperm.

I have zero sperm motility with almost 45million sperm cells, sometimes lab will culture staph aureus in d sperm, at times they will not culture it, one urologist said I had chronic bacteria Prostatitis but I did prostrate scan the result said my prostrate is not enlarged, I m battling with infertility for 4 years now, kindly advice me

Ok. Really sorry about all that. You can always see another urologist to get a second opinion. If you really do have bacterial prostatitis, which may be a cause of the zero motility, then you would be treated with the appropriate antibiotics. Also there are some sperm booster supplements which can be prescribed from you as well. Are are take for up to 3 months. Sorry I can't prescribe it here. Take care
