    It becomes an addiction when you cannot do without it. It is better to have control over any habit you have, in that case if you find it affecting you in any way you can put a stop to it. If you become addicted you will need the help of a Psychologist and family support to put a stop to it.

    Hello. It is normal with matuation to have that feeling but you need to have control over it. You can do this by realising it is a normal feeling, focus on other productive thoughts and activities, be around friends who will not make you think about such, and soon you will be able to control it without having to masturbate.
