hello,yes you got the explanation perfectly.remember the application is twice a day.immunace is OK,but I have seen people complain of side effects over time.Studies have show that Taking doses above 400 mcg can increase the risk of developing selenium toxicity (selenium is present in immunace). Taking lower doses long-term can increase the risk of developing diabetes . High doses of selenium can cause significant side effects including
nausea , vomiting , nail changes, loss of energy, and irritability .why not eat healthy,avoid smoking and alcohol exercise,eat plenty of fruits and boost your immunity naturally. in the absence of diseases such as HIV,your immune system should be boosted.Have you had HIV screening before?you can have it done after counselling.its voluntary but advised.
