Good morning. There are factors considered as risk factors like age, family history, obesity, alcohol, hormonal therapy, contraceptives.
There's really no way to prevent breast cancer but there are ways to lower risk like stopping alcohol and other preventable risk factors. But age, gene, family history cannot be controlled.
Regular breast examination preferably every month is advisable to know when there's a change and such change must be reported to a doctor immediately.
